Key Responsibilities
- Trend Monitoring: Identify emerging creators, viral trends, and shifts across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms relevant to our verticals.
- Client & Talent Support: Assist in day-to-day communication with talent, including campaign briefings, deliverable tracking, and brand approvals.
- Business Development: Research and pitch prospective talent and partnership opportunities aligned with Insight Media’s brand positioning.
- Campaign Coordination: Support execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including SOW coordination, influencer briefing, asset delivery, and results reporting.
- Talent Management Support: Aid senior managers in onboarding new talent and maintaining internal tracking documents, decks, and databases.
- Brand Relations: Help maintain and grow brand and agency contacts by attending virtual and in-person industry events when applicable.
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital media
- Strong working knowledge of the influencer landscape, especially in female lifestyle, beauty, and fashion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable in client- and talent-facing roles
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Flexibility in work hours to accommodate campaigns and deadlines across time zones
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment
