As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative and organized Spanish Speaking Social Media & Brand Assistant to help elevate our online voice and support brand engagement.

Position Summary:

This is a dynamic, entry-level position ideal for someone who loves digital marketing, is social media-savvy, and is excited to help build a recognizable, authentic brand. You’ll work directly with firm leadership and external partners to manage content, engage our online community, and support branding efforts, including merchandise drops, event marketing, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Audience Engagement & Growth

  • Actively engage with followers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Like, comment, and follow relevant accounts to support audience growth
  • Help implement giveaways and follower engagement strategies
  • Attend occasional events to capture and promote brand content
  • Track follower growth and engagement analytics; report on monthly performance

Client & Partner Communication

  • Draft and send monthly email newsletters with firm updates and partner highlights
  • Track client birthdays and manage personalized outreach (cards/gifts)
  • Ensure partners meet monthly social and content deliverables
  • Maintain strong, timely communication with brand collaborators

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Record, edit, and post content across social platforms
  • Maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar
  • Stay on top of social media trends and implement fresh ideas
  • Brainstorm and develop creative content aligned with our firm’s tone and values

Merch & Brand Management

  • Coordinate exclusive merch drops for followers and clients
  • Maintain merch inventory and detailed tracking
  • Collaborate on new merch designs and brand-aligned ideas

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and with confidence
  • Are active on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Know how to use Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar editing tools
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks
  • Love being creative and bringing fresh ideas to the table
  • Can work independently but enjoy collaborating with others

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with merchandise or product launches
  • Background in influencer or partnership marketing
  • Prior experience at events promoting a brand

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with occasional flexibility for events or content shoots

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
