About the job

Brand + Content Assistant (Intern-to-Hire)

Join the Ground Floor of a Creative Empire in Motion

I’m building an empire — not just a company.

My name is Skyra Jackson, and I’m a filmmaker, author, educator, and founder of multiple conscious brands that are shifting culture through truth, creativity, and community. From a nonprofit school (OfEarth Institute) to a clothing line (American Aboriginal), a documentary series (The Dark Mushroom), a film festival (The Ethereal Film Festival), and more — I’m building systems designed to last.

Right now, we’re at the foundational stage — building systems, reaching people, launching brands etc. I’m looking for someone who wants to grow with these brands long-term, starting as a paid intern or part-time assistant and potentially growing into a permanent leadership role as the brands expand.

I have created the brands, but I don't want to manage or run them. Maybe, thats you.

This is why loyalty matters so much.

It’s for someone who:

  • Wants to be part of something bigger than a paycheck
  • Can bring structure and creativity to the early stages of brand growth
  • Can manage and execute across multiple projects with clarity and care
  • Is ready to evolve as we evolve

Below is all the projects with a brief description.

Read through them. When you apply, I would like to know which project interests you and why.
