About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Chandler, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development, managing strategic accounts, and expanding our footprint within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate thrives in a consultative selling environment, is driven by results, and is comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new logo opportunities through outbound outreach and strategic selling.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers at client organizations.
  • Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (solution consultants, delivery, and marketing) to align client needs with services.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and forecast pipeline performance.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and partner functions.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of B2B sales experience, including outbound prospecting and account management.
  • Proven experience with new logo hunting and managing entire outbound sales cycles.
  • Knowledge of structured sales methodologies (e.g., Value-Based Selling, MEDDIC, Challenger, or Strategic Selling).
  • Prior experience working within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience selling into the Healthcare or SLED (State, Local, Education) verticals.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT service management or digital transformation solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Schedule:
