As a skilled marketer, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement while developing synergies with other marketing channels. Your expertise in social media analytics will be critical in measuring the success of our campaigns and identifying areas for improvement.

Our story began in 1986 when the company was founded, initially manufacturing only one revolutionary product: a small but mighty laminate edge finisher. Since that time, we have dedicated ourselves to a mission of solving problems and providing solutions for woodworkers, metalworkers, welders, concrete workers, landscapers, electricians, hobbyists, and DIY enthusiasts throughout the country
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and evolving target audience interests.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written copy. (Included on-camera content)
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Assist in managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining brand voice and tone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media efforts are integrated with other marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to increase brand awareness and drive engagement on social media.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and other relevant industry contacts.
- Monitor and manage online reputation by addressing negative reviews and comments.
- Continuously test and experiment with new social media tactics and strategies to improve performance and drive business results.

- Have experience growing and engaging online communities
- Know how to optimize content for social algorithms and engage with niche communities (e.g., woodworking forums, contractor Facebook groups)
- Understand how to align content with promotional goals (seasonal sales, new launches, clearance, etc.)
