Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support the marketing lead and drive brand growth through social media, content creation, and PR initiatives. This role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and the headquarters to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze market trends, audience insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Work closely with the internal teams to coordinate promotional schedules, ensuring timely execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and develop content in advance to support upcoming promotions, aligning with key sales events and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to drive brand awareness and engagement, especially for new product launches.
  • Manage and coordinate with PR agencies to develop and implement public relations, promotional, and media strategies.
  • Review and analyze PR reports to strengthen the company’s public image and ensure positive media coverage.
  • Communicate with the headquarters in Korea, providing periodic reports and aligning on marketing strategies.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize design tools (e.g., Photoshop) for basic content creation and visual asset adjustments when needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in English and Korean (written and verbal) to communicate effectively with the top management.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit, including trends and best practices.
  • Proven ability to create engaging content tailored to these platforms.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams to align promotional activities with marketing efforts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and plan content ahead of promotions.
  • Experience preparing marketing reports and presentations for management.
  • Experience working with influencers, PR agencies, and external partners is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
