This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes fashion, understands the intersection of content and community, and has a sharp instinct for what engages, converts, and inspires. You’ll own strategy and execution across key channels, translating the brand’s voice and visual identity into scroll-stopping content and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Platform Ownership
Develop and manage the brand’s social calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
Brief and collaborate with the creative team on asset creation — from photo selects to Reels concepts.
Craft engaging, brand-aligned copy and maintain consistent tone of voice across all platforms.
Influencer & Creator Collaboration
Partner with the Partnerships & Events Manager to identify, vet, and engage with influencers and creators.
Coordinate content needs for gifting, seeding, and paid campaigns — ensuring influencer content aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
Track and reshare influencer content across channels; maintain relationships and source new collaborators that align with the brand vision.
Leverage creator partnerships to grow reach, drive engagement, and support product launches or events.
Community Management & Engagement
Manage daily interaction with followers — responding to DMs, comments, tags, and mentions in an authentic, fashion-forward voice.
Spot and engage with UGC and potential advocates; support the growth of a loyal, style-conscious community.
Identify cultural moments, social trends, and fashion news worth responding to in real time.
Campaign & Launch Support
Lead social planning and rollout for seasonal campaigns, product drops, influencer events, and brand experiences.
Support on-the-ground coverage during events or photoshoots, capturing live content when needed.
