Vital’s International Group is seeking a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Coordinator to support daily marketing operations, manage paid media campaigns, and assist the sales team. This role requires hands-on execution of multi-channel advertising, content creation using AI and graphic tools, and precise coordination of campaigns and CRM follow-ups.
Job Title: Marketing Coordinator – Paid Ads & Content
Location & Schedule:
- Mon – Fri: 8 AM – 4 :30 PM
- 100% on-site (Garden Grove CA 92843)
- Remote work not available
Key Tasks Day-to-day:
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Amazon PPC, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram/TikTok Ads to track and report ROAS, TACoS, and CPA
- Produce and publish content like Reels, UGC and static ads, using Canva/Figma/ AI tools (ChatGPT, AdCreative.ai...)
- Support Sales by updating CRM (HubSpot or similar), preparing follow-up emails, tracking quotes or purchase orders.
- Manage Shopify pages, Amazon listings, landing pages, and email marketing flows
- Analyze weekly performance data from GA4 and ad platforms
- Coordinate campaign timelines, collect assets, and manage tasks using Asana or Trello
- Work closely with UGC creators and influencers: send briefs, receive deliverables, ensure FTC compliance
Requirements:
- 2+ years in digital marketing or E-commerce support
- At least 6 months inside sales or CRM follow-up experience
- Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC , Google Ads, Meta Ads or TikTok Ads
- Basic graphic editing skills
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools
- Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) for lead tracking and task management
- Working knowledge of GA4, Excel/Google Sheets, and tracking pixels
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication, including phone and email etiquette
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field preferred
