Job Summary

Our Sr. Media Manager for Paid Social is a hands-on role that is responsible for managing paid

Facebook performance marketing campaigns to acquire customers and drive revenue at scale

across our own brands and our publisher shops. This entails researching and adopting best

practices for user acquisition, growth hacking, conversion optimization, A/B testing and

streamlining of processes that help identify and scale high-converting campaigns across

Facebook and Instagram.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic social and influencer plan development and launch process within social

accounts.

  • Integrate social insights into overall planning process, incorporating data, research, and

analytics into recommendations in order to deeply understand the role marketplace media

plays in larger media objectives Determine set-up, including testing methodologies, and

reporting requirements, for ensuring full impact and efficiency of each campaign

  • Effectively build trust and establish positive relationships with clients Develop POVs around

relevant trends, tools, and emerging opportunities within social media and influencer

industries

  • Own creation and development of media specific documents such as media plans,

objectives and strategies decks, and other related functions

  • Drive team brainstorms to kick off plan and consideration set development
  • Maintain oversight of junior team member’s data analysis and corresponding client

feedback to provide recommendations and optimizations

  • Manage and develop junior team member(s), creating growth plans and providing clear

career goals

Job Skills

  • 4+ years previous paid social media experience
  • Thorough knowledge of advanced analytics and performance media
  • Understanding of marketing principles, analytics and concepts
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills
  • Experience buying ads on Facebook and Instagram is crucial, additional platforms preferred
  • Exposure to advanced targeting/retargeting tactics in social
  • Comfort owning and managing budget/investment levels in social media
  • Strong knowledge of direct response, ROI, ROAS and CPA paid social media metrics,,

Google Analytics and marketing data trends and insights.

  • Has previous experience managing 1-2 direct reports.
  • Solid ability to project manage several tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively,

adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solid personal organizational, task oriented and time management skills.
  • Develop solid presentation, communication and listening skills. Have confidence in

analyzing and presenting data internally and to clients.

  • Be a proactive self-starter and succeed in times without supervision.
  • Have an understanding of the complete marketing picture, how all channels and forms of

communication drive a client’s business.
