As we continue to grow our digital presence, we’re seeking an E-Commerce & Marketing Analyst to help us optimize performance across all online touchpoints and bring a data-driven approach to our customer experience. This role is ideal for someone skilled in transforming analytics into actionable insights to drive growth.

The Role

As the E-Commerce & Marketing Analyst, you’ll optimize digital performance by analyzing data across e-commerce and marketing channels. Your insights will drive revenue growth, improve customer engagement, and inform strategic decisions.

You’ll collaborate with the E-commerce and Marketing teams to turn data into actionable strategies, supporting product launches, campaigns, and user experience enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • E-Commerce Analytics & Optimization

Analyze website performance (traffic, conversion rates, AOV, bounce rates) and recommend UX/UI improvements to drive sales.

Partner with the marketing and creative teams to optimize product listings, collections, and visual merchandising for better engagement and conversion.

Monitor inventory and sales data to support restock and product launch strategies.

  • Marketing Performance Insights

Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, email marketing, and paid social media efforts.

Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and provide insights into customer behavior and marketing ROI.

Conduct A/B testing for marketing initiatives (e.g., email subject lines, influencer tiers, website promotions) to improve response and conversion rates.

  • Customer Segmentation & Retention

Segment customers based on behavioral and purchase data to personalize outreach and improve retention.

Support the development of loyalty programs and post-purchase journeys.

Requirements

  • Past experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably within the apparel industry or with lifestyle brands.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization tools.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar) and CRM/email marketing tools.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide clear, actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
