Social Media Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and relationship management to foster connections with our community.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day social media activity for multiple clients
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop platform-specific content ideas
• Stay on top of trends and changes across all major platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, Pinterest, Threads, etc.)
• Help drive real business outcomes—growth, engagement, traffic, conversions, and brand lift
• Create compelling content that resonates with target audiences, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening techniques.
• Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand collaboration and outreach.
• Analyze performance metrics of social media campaigns to assess effectiveness and optimize future strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong skills in content creation, including photography and graphic design.
• Ability to pull, read and present data reports from platforms.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with advertising strategies on major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Ability to analyze data from social media campaigns using analytics tools to inform decision-making.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach to learning new tools and staying current with digital marketing trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
