As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand development across campaigns, content, retail, and community engagement.
Position Overview:
The Brand Marketing Manager will lead and execute 360° brand campaigns—including product launches, partnerships, events, retail initiatives, and influencer activations. This role will own go-to-market (GTM) strategies from concept through execution and oversee the production of brand assets, photoshoots, and creative deliverables. You will also lead brand planning and support for retail partners, as well as collaborate on experiential activations and community events. This role will be responsible for keeping the brand visually consistent, culturally relevant, and strategically competitive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of integrated brand campaigns across DTC, retail, influencer, and community channels
- Own GTM strategy for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives
- Oversee planning and execution of brand and product photoshoots, including pre-production (creative briefs, casting, shot lists) and post-production (asset selection and rollout coordination)
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, ops, social, and creative teams to drive event planning and execution—across trade shows, pop-ups, influencer meetups, and brand activations
- Manage creative asset development across digital, print, packaging, and experiential
- Support retail marketing efforts: develop launch toolkits, in-store signage, influencer seeding strategies, and seasonal promotional plans to drive sell-through
- Conduct ongoing competitor and industry trend analysis to inform brand positioning, creative direction, and innovation
- Collaborate with the Influencer & Affiliate Manager to ensure alignment on messaging, timing, and brand touchpoints
- Build and manage campaign timelines, content calendars, and channel-specific rollout plans
- Track and analyze campaign performance; share key learnings and insights with internal stakeholders
- Maintain brand consistency across all consumer-facing assets, with a focus on visual excellence, voice, and market relevance
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in beauty, wellness, or consumer goods
- Proven ability to lead brand campaigns, GTM strategies, event planning, and retail support
- Experience managing creative production and brand photoshoots
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and ability to analyze performance data
- Excellent organizational, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for brand voice and storytelling
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, Monday.com (or similar tools)
- Deep understanding of multicultural consumers and textured haircare is a strong plus
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting retail partnerships
- Background in experiential marketing, PR, or content strategy
- Experience working with in-house or agency creative teams

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
