Description: Overview
The Social Media & Content Coordinator sits within our internal creative marketing team and collaborates cross-functionally to support campaigns, partnerships, and storytelling moments—from TikTok trends to café launches. You’ll be both behind the camera and behind the calendar, managing content creation and execution with intention and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
- Capture and edit content for Instagram and TikTok (iPhone + DSLR)
- Edit monthly team culture videos and brand-driven storytelling content
- Assist in planning and executing café shoots, influencer features, and brand activations
- Support gear prep, shot lists, run-of-show, and shoot logistics
Social Strategy & Execution
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely publishing across platforms
- Write engaging, on-brand captions for posts and campaigns
- Coordinate internal and external approvals for branded content
- Collaborate with social teams from high-profile brand partners and clients
Post-Production & Creative Tools
- Edit videos using Premiere Pro (with a focus on speed and story)
- Design, retouch, or crop assets in Photoshop as needed
- Organize and archive assets, keeping everything accessible and up to date
- Maintain consistent tone, look, and visual excellence across all social formats
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in social media content creation or agency work
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: especially Premiere Pro and Photoshop
- Experience with DSLR photography and video production
- Copywriting skills for short-form storytelling (captions, hooks, punchy CTAs)
- Background working with high-profile brands or influencers
- Highly organized, logistics-minded, and confident juggling multiple timelines
- Collaborative attitude and strong communication skills
- Based in Dallas with flexibility for occasional travel for new store openings and content shoots.
