Overview
The Events & Brand Partnerships Manager to lead and execute unforgettable brand experiences across markets. This role plays a key part in strategizing, coordinating, and executing brand activations, experiential events, and high-impact collaborations—all while supporting the successful launch of new store openings nationwide. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong project management skills, and brings both creative vision and operational excellence to the table.
Store Openings & Brand Activations
- Lead planning and execution for new store openings, including launch events, internal logistics, and community-facing experiences.
- Oversee end-to-end production for experiential brand activations tied to openings, holidays, and special moments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
- Develop timelines, task trackers, and run-of-show documents to drive seamless execution.
Partnership Strategy & Execution
- Identify, pitch, and manage strategic brand partnerships that align with La La Land’s mission and aesthetic.
- Lead co-branded activations from ideation to execution, managing communication, creative assets, and logistics.
- Manage influencers and brand partner onboarding, gifting, and campaign deliverables.
- Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all collaborations.
Project Management & Operations
- Build and manage detailed timelines, budgets, and status reports for events and collaborations.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal teams to meet all deadlines and expectations.
- Track and analyze performance metrics from events and partnerships to inform future strategies.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in events, brand partnerships, or experiential marketing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience opening new retail, hospitality, or food & beverage locations is a strong plus.
- Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for purpose-driven brands and creating experiences that connect emotionally with customers.
- Travel Requirement up to 70%
