Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to manage influencer marketing and PR collaborations for our brand, while also serving as the face of the brand in promotional videos. This candidate will act as a bridge between the company and external agencies, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), media, and partners, helping to enhance brand awareness and influence.

Duties

1. KOL & Influencer Management

  • Responsible for recruiting, managing, and maintaining long-term relationships with influencers and KOLs.
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to ensure accurate delivery of brand messages.
  • Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of KOL activities and provide optimization recommendations.

2. PR Collaboration and Agency Coordination

  • Establish relationships with PR firms, media outlets, and other brand collaboration agencies to drive brand promotion.
  • Plan public relations events and draft brand materials (e.g., press releases, interview scripts).
  • Represent the company in online/offline industry events to enhance brand exposure.

3. Brand Endorsement and Content Creation

  • Serve as the brand ambassador, appearing in promotional videos and branded content.
  • Assist in planning creative content to ensure alignment with brand image and marketing strategy.
  • Share content on social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to attract the target audience.

4. Social Media Management

  • Manage daily operations of official brand social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
  • Develop and implement content calendars, social campaigns, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Monitor community feedback and trends to refine content strategy and maintain active engagement.
  • Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to amplify social presence and storytelling.

5. Data Tracking and Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance, including metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and brand exposure.
  • Regularly report the effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities to management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Media, Public Relations, or a related field, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

Skills Requirements:

  • Familiar with KOL marketing and PR collaboration processes; candidates with influencer resources are preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of working efficiently with various partners.
  • Skilled in content creation, with the ability to appear on camera and host; professional image and strong interpersonal presence.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English, Mandarin

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Contract

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
