Social Media Intern & Creative Assistant (Fitness/Nutrition Brand)

Nutrition On The Go is a fitness and nutrition brand offering travel-friendly protein and creatine supplements designed for active lifestyles. We're looking for a Creative Assistant & Social Media Intern to support our Creative Director in content production, brand development, and community engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about health, fitness, and content creation—and wants to gain hands-on experience in branding, marketing, and creative strategy at a growing supplement startup.

Responsibilities

• Assist with content shoots (setup, behind-the-scenes, direction, organizing assets)
• Contribute ideas for Reels, TikToks, campaigns, and social media strategy
• Support content planning and help maintain the posting calendar
• Help draft captions, brainstorm hooks, and refine brand messaging
• Conduct outreach to influencers, content creators, and potential collaborators
• Research trends in fitness, supplements, and social media
• Optional: light editing (photo/video) based on skillset
• General assistance in creative operations and brand development

Ideal Candidate

• Strong interest in fitness, nutrition, and/or wellness
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and social content trends
• Organized, dependable, and open to learning
• Creative with good communication skills
• Bonus: experience using Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or Adobe Suite
• Bonus: previous experience creating or managing content for a brand or personal account

• Internship for school credit and resume-building. This role is for academic credit and/or learning experience
• Flexible part-time schedule (approx. 5–10 hours/week)
• Based in Miami preferred (for shoots and in-person support); remote considered
• Opportunity to grow into a paid creative assistant or junior strategist role
