University Recruiter Key Responsibilities Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Build and nurture a powerhouse pipeline of 100 exceptional CS/ML minds from Stanford and MIT through magnetic campus presence and relationship mastery that would make a LinkedIn influencer jealous.

Basic Requirements Your toolkit should include:

  • A minimum of 1 year slaying it in college recruiting or university admissions, with proof that you can engage candidates at scale
  • A history of crushing ambitious outreach and conversion targets
  • A highlight reel of recruitment/marketing events that left lasting impressions
  • Project management skills that would impress a NASA mission controller
  • Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems for maintaining an organized talent pipeline
  • Current Austin residence or willingness to make the move to the Silicon Hills
  • The ability to rock a 75% travel schedule during peak seasons (January-May, Aug-Nov)

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
