About the Role:
Nu Skin is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our global headquarters in Utah. This role goes far beyond traditional HR. It’s about influencing business strategy, shaping high-performing teams, and co-creating the future of work alongside innovative leaders across functions, entities, and regions.
As a trusted advisor to senior leadership and a key driver of enterprise-wide talent strategies, you’ll partner with multiple business units to deliver agile, people-first solutions that fuel performance, growth, and transformation. Your role will encompass global talent planning, leadership development, organizational design, and change leadership while championing Nu Skin’s values and culture every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Business Partnership : Collaborate with Business Process Owners, functional leaders, and cross-entity stakeholders to align talent strategies with business objectives. Contribute to both short- and long-term planning that drives sustainable results.
- Talent and Capability Planning : Lead global talent processes, including workforce planning, succession management, talent calibration, and capability development, ensuring Nu Skin is positioned for the future.
- Organizational Design and Change Leadership : Facilitate organizational design initiatives, guide change management efforts, and support evolving business models across a diverse, global enterprise.
- Culture, Inclusion & Leadership Development : Champion a culture of inclusion, transparency, and accountability. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver meaningful leadership development and employee experience programs.
- Employee Advocacy and Coaching : Serve as an internal coach and consultant to leaders and employees. Address complex employee relations issues with discretion, empathy, and expertise.
- HR Program Execution : Work with HR Generalists and other partners to ensure high-quality, consistent delivery of core HR programs and practices across multiple teams and regions.
- Legal and Compliance Oversight : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and apply them effectively to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk. Provide guidance on fair and consistent policy administration.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) a plus.
- 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong expertise in business partnership, organizational development, change management, and leadership coaching.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders, support organizational transformation, and manage across functional and geographical boundaries.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, with experience leading complex employee relations matters.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and consulting skills—capable of guiding critical conversations and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Experience in global or matrixed organizations preferred, particularly within mid-size or tech-enabled environments.
