Position Summary
We are seeking a driven, strategic, and business-minded Brand Manager to join our growing team. This is a high-visibility role at the heart of our operations. You will oversee critical day-to-day functions, drive sales growth, and execute key brand and business development initiatives across multiple channels. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Sales Order Fulfillment
- Oversee CSR department and daily order processing and fulfillment across brands.
- Oversee EDI/department store orders
- Coordinate customer service efforts to maintain exceptional standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with our warehouse partner and vendors.
Trade Show & Sales Support
- Lead trade show logistics: planning, booth setup, samples, marketing collateral, and staff coordination.
- Initiate marketing and coordinate directly with sales reps before, during, and after shows to maximize outcomes.
- Manage shipment of samples and show assets to and from shows.
- Oversee representatives at tradeshows and maximize their talent potential.
Business Development & Growth
- Cultivate, manage, and continue existing relationships with key trade show organizations (e.g., MAGIC, WWD), PR groups, influencers, and key wholesale partners.
- Drive and manage off-price selling to optimize revenue and manage excess inventory.
- Identify and pursue new account opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Management.
- Research and propose marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
Project Management
- Lead and manage special projects (inventory initiatives, marketing projects, system/process improvements).
- Ensure on-time, on-budget project completion with accountability to management.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and upper management to align strategies and execution.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff and interns as needed.
- Contribute to an empathetic, respectful, and uplifting office culture.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in the wholesale apparel industry — required.
- Proven success managing trade shows, sales operations, and customer relationships.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills — ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with strong business acumen and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Forward-thinking, growth-minded, and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience).
- Benefits: 401(k) with company match, healthcare (medical, dental, vision), paid time off (PTO).
- Schedule: Full-time, in-office role. Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (half-hour lunch break).
