We’re currently looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at our Alhambra headquarters.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that increase awareness of our brand and tours, engage with potential customers, and drive bookings. You will work closely with our operations, sales and executive teams to optimize digital campaigns and ensure that our brand is represented effectively across all online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, SEO initiatives, SEM campaigns, email marketing, paid search, and display advertising.
- SEO & Content Optimization: Improve the company’s search engine visibility through on-page and off-page SEO techniques, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.), including scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- PPC & Paid Media: Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns to drive conversions and maximize ROI.
- Website & Landing Page Optimization: Work with the web development team to optimize the website for user experience (UX) and conversions, creating landing pages that effectively capture leads.
- Image and Video Creation: Produce and manage a library of images and videos—including creating original video content—for use across our website and marketing platforms, ensuring brand consistency and visual impact.
- Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, and promotional offers.
- Trade Events: Represent the brand at key industry events and exhibitions, occasionally requiring travel and work beyond regular office hours.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc. Provide regular reports on KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and customer engagement.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and travel industry partners to expand brand reach and promote tour packages.
- Trade Partnerships: Work closely with tourism boards to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility and engagement.
- Brand Strategy Alignment: Ensure all digital marketing activities align with the overall brand strategy and objectives of the company.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with the latest trends in the tourism industry, digital marketing, and customer behavior to ensure campaigns are relevant and innovative.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing; eCommerce experience a plus.
- Experience in the leisure, travel, or tourism industry is strongly preferred.Strong digital marketing and social media skills, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tick Tock etc.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; graphic design skills required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Familiar with leisure travel booking tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with designing intuitive interfaces, optimizing usability, and navigating the end-to-end eCommerce development process.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Paid Social, and Email Marketing.
- Google Fundamentals and Google Analytics Advanced Certification a plus.
- Ability to analyze data, implement optimization strategies, and establish best practices.
- A genuine passion for travel is a must.
