Marketing Manager – Thermal Imaging & Night Vision

Visir Inc , branding Rix pioneers advanced thermal imaging and night vision solutions for defense, law enforcement, and industrial applications. Our technology empowers professionals who operate in critical, low-visibility environments.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for thermal/night vision products, targeting defense, security, and industrial sectors.
• Lead digital marketing (SEO, content) and trade marketing (SHOT Show, etc.).
• Create technical marketing collateral (whitepapers, case studies, demo videos) for OEMs, integrators, and end-users.
• Manage lead generation campaigns, including government/defense RFP support.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to align messaging with product roadmaps.
• Analyze market trends in thermal hunting, and night vision tech to identify growth opportunities.
• Identify and collaborate with industry influencers: tactical gear reviewers, defense journalists, veteran-owned media, and YouTube creators specializing in night vision/thermal tech.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in defense, hunting, and security sectors to amplify product credibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in hunting, firearms, or related technical fields.
• Experience with thermal imaging, night vision, or EO/IR technologies (strongly preferred).
• Proven success in lead generation, trade shows, and digital marketing for technical products.
• Familiarity with ITAR regulations, defense contracting, or industrial distribution (a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical specs for marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus).
