What You’ll Do

• Own the Narrative: Write press releases, build media lists, and pitch stories that get us noticed in the coffee world—and beyond.
• Dream Big: No cookie-cutter campaigns here. Bring your craziest stunts—from guerrilla activations to unexpected partnerships—and we’ll back you.
• Build Relationships: Connect with journalists, bloggers, podcasters, and influencers to keep our story front and center.
• Fuel Social Synergy: Collaborate with our social team to turn earned coverage into real buzz.
• Shape Our Voice: Create media kits, executive bios, and talking points that feel fresh, authentic, and undeniably us.

Who You Are

• A PR generalist with 1–3 years’ experience (agency, brand, or startup—bonus if you’ve hustled on a shoestring budget)
• A fearless storyteller who isn’t afraid to break the mold or shake up the status quo
• A self-starter who can juggle deadlines, press inquiries, and curve-ball pitches without missing a beat
• A relationship builder who knows every “no” today can become a “yes” tomorrow

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
