About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and personable Marketing Specialist to represent our clinic in the community and online. You’ll be responsible for building professional relationships, coordinating events, scheduling patients, answering phones, and managing our social media and website presence.

This is a dynamic role that blends external outreach with internal support, perfect for someone who thrives on variety and wants to be involved in both the marketing and operational side of a thriving clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with local businesses, providers, and community influencers
• Represent the clinic at wellness events, workshops, and health fairs
• Track and report key marketing performance indicators (referrals, leads, events, etc.)
• Answer phones professionally and schedule new and existing patients
• Manage and update our website and social media platforms (content, engagement, scheduling)
• Assist with patient testimonials, reviews, and online reputation management
• Support the team with internal communications and marketing-related office tasks

Requirements:

• , outreach, sales, or related fields
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable with technology, especially social media and website management (WordPress a plus)
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus, but not required)
• Must be self-motivated, adaptable, and dependable
• Ability to travel locally for outreach and events

Work Location & Schedule:
Location: Redmond, Oregon
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Thursday 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, with occasional Fridays/weekends for events or trainings.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base pay (DOE) $18.00 - $22.00
