Who We’re Looking For:

The Account Executive is critical to our long term growth and to help continue to drive our success. We’re looking for a self-starter that can expand our reach and bring on new clients through a full cycle sales process. It’s an exciting time in Duds by Dudes’ growth and this role will be at center stage. Although we've been around for over 20 years, this is a new role for us and we're looking to hire 2-3 Account Executives to help set the stage for our "Outbound Army." We'll likely hire another 6-12 AE's over the year so leadership opportunities are very much in the cards.

Role Specific Benefits Include:

  • A base pay of $60,000 plus the potential to earn commissions and bonuses well over $100,000

What this Role Entails:

  • In-office position, Mon - Fri 8:00a - 4:30p
  • Targeting brands, influencers, SMB's (for and not for profit) and pro sports teams
  • Taking charge of AI lead platforms
  • Building a book of business through outbound prospecting efforts (calling, emailing, in-person)
  • Creating new opportunities and closing business
  • Growing relationships with our largest customers
  • Being knowledgeable about our industry and the products/services sold by our company as well as attend industry events
  • Tracking customer interactions in our CRM (Hubspot)
  • Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports
  • An expectation to sell at least 500k in your first year and 1mm by your second year

  • A self-confident, extroverted style that can enliven, engage, and positively impact individuals and groups is essential for this role
  • Outstanding communication skills (face-to-face, email, and phone)
  • A dedication to providing the highest level of customer service possible
  • Detail oriented and able to complete tasks with minimal oversight
  • Relentless go-getter. A hustler
  • The ability to understand, quickly react, and motivate others to adapt to the changing environment is a critical key to success
  • Strong writing and phone skills
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales roles preferred
  • Proficient with sales technology tools
  • A background in teaching and/or athletics preferred
