Social Media Coordinator – Med Spa (Full Time)

As we grow, we're looking for a creative and highly motivated Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team full-time.

Position Overview:
The Social Media Coordinator will manage all aspects of our digital presence, with a strong focus on Instagram, TikTok, and other visual platforms. This is an on-site position, ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced setting and has a passion for beauty, aesthetics, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content calendars across all social platforms
• Create engaging photo and video content (reels, stories, lives, BTS)
• Track performance metrics and optimize based on analytics
• Interact with followers, respond to DMs and comments
• Support marketing campaigns, giveaways, influencer partnerships
• Stay up-to-date with trends in aesthetics and social media

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of social media experience (preferably in beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content
• Proficiency in Canva, basic photo/video editing tools
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Must be comfortable working on-site full time in Brentwood
