KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Click is seeking a creative, organized self-starter who consumes pop culture, lives on social media, works fast, and loves movies & TV to join the team.
As a Digital Marketing Coordinator you’ll have the opportunity to coordinate day-to-day influencer campaigns on behalf of our clients, with emphasis on research, and tracking. Additional tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Establishing, building and managing relationships with influencers, vendors, and creators including communications and delivery timelines.
- Researching and engaging with social influencers to commission promotional content
- Maintaining contact database of vendors, partners, and influencers (including frequent following analytics updates)
- Assisting with social tracking, real-time status updates, and final campaign reports
- Assisting with preparing, editing, sending, and securing contracts, financial forms, and other documentation (including via DocuSign) for subcontractors.
- Assisting with the creation of product beauty shots and promotional copywriting
- Assisting with sourcing products and services for creating social promotional content for films and TV series
- Assisting team with product shipping as needed
- Assisting team with social media content creation, scheduling, maintenance, and moderation
- Assisting team with light social media content video, photo, and audio editing
- Assisting team with title brainstorms and ideation, bringing fresh, original ideas to the table
- Assisting team with agency’s social brand/voice
- Attending meetings and assisting with in-person promotional events such as premieres, experiential activations, and more. This may sometimes include evening and weekend hours.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the organization and execution of promotional events, including on-site attendance and hands-on support during the events.
- Attend meetings and actively assist in the planning, setup, and on-site support of promotional events.
- Other projects as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
The right candidate will have 2+ years of professional experience with influencers and overall vendor relations in addition to content management. Must be comfortable communicating with social influencers and creators and be able to perform productive Internet searches, understand demographic targeting, and navigate social media platforms. Must possess critical thinking skills, strong organization skills and extraordinary attention to detail, be excited to learn new technologies, and have a willingness to grow professionally. Must be proficient in Google Docs/Office Suites, DocuSign, and social media scheduling platforms. Preferred working knowledge of video and design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Must be passionate about pop culture in some form — animated movies, TV, comic books, video games, toys, etc. Ability to create & publish engaging content across social platforms. Must be comfortable with a fast-paced environment of entertainment marketing, work efficiently from office or home, and meet deadlines. Must be available for occasional client events and in-office work days while observing all current COVID-19 safety protocols.
BA in Communications, Marketing or related field of study preferred. Established social media presence across various channels preferred, but not required.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
The Team Click office has traditionally been a flex-space, and during COVID we have not required staff to be on-site. The current work space is limited to small teams with masks for select product packaging and shipping, as needed.
