Job Title: Brand & Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

Creates exceptional employee and client experiences, generates sales opportunities and develops a strong preference for Acre in our market. The Brand & Marketing Specialist will generate and lead all supportive initiatives directly related to marketing, brand, and project needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Leads the strategy and identifies annual initiatives for all marketing and brand related content, regardless of which presence (printed, digital, PR, etc.).

· Generates and assists in creating all types of client proposals and project presentations for the contract sales team, including thought starters, informal proposals, etc.

· Develops and edits all marketing collateral including project highlights, leave-behinds, look-books and all branded PowerPoint templates, including RFP Responses.

· Coordinates and maintains information for all proposals and company communication (employee bios, headshots, project highlights, etc.).

· Supports project teams for all showroom tour needs; including but not limited to, nametags, handouts, presentation, loops, catering, follow ups, etc.

· Assists sales and design teams with “mockup” experience: content, materials, accessories,staging on site as necessary.

· Leads the planning and execution of influencer and client related events.

· Elevates Acre brand by improving and maintaining the company website, social media

posts, and keeping the showroom product and message aligned.

· Brainstorms and develops ideas for creative marketing campaigns for engagement.

· Creates and distributes relevant, industry related marketing collateral (newsletters, email templates, etc.) for the internal team to use.

· Responsible for submitting all necessary materials needed from Steelcase around

Co-Marketing and Premier Partner requirements.

· Supports project teams on client gifting at potential milestones and annual events, such

as move-in days or holidays.

· Selects and sources branded products and materials specific to company branded items.

· Participates in Steelcase and/or peer group led community of practice calls and meetings.

· Assists in analyzing marketing data with Sales Leadership.

· Maintains and updates Acre client and influencer contact database.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, interior design or a related field.

· 3+ years of related work experience preferred in marketing, media, or communications.

· Exceptional computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite,

and Bluebeam.

· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment while managing several tasks at once.

· Demonstrates high personal performance standards, the desire and ability to

continuously learn, and a results-oriented work style.

· A high level of personal integrity and business ethics.

· Ability to lift 30 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous experience in the contract furniture industry.

· An understanding of marketing and media strategy.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Programs.

· Proficiency in WordPress.

Physical/Mental Demands:

This position can be performed while standing or sitting, must be able to work at a computer for long periods of time. Occasional bending, twisting or reaching. The ability to climb stairs is required. Occasional lifting may be necessary up to 30 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision. The ability to talk, listen, read and write are important functions of this job. Working Conditions:

This position is an office-based position with the expectation of being in the office a minimum of 3 days a week. Some local travel required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
