Job Responsibilities We’re looking for a Global Retail Marketing Manager to turn our stores into dynamic community hubs for gamers. You’ll lead the strategy and planning of immersive in-store marketing programs—product launches, events, workshops, and demos—that elevate Razer’s brand worldwide.
The ideal candidate blends creativity and strategy, with experience driving in-store experiences, influencer partnerships, and online-to-offline retail integration. You’ll craft global campaigns tailored to regional gaming cultures, boosting foot traffic and brand engagement in every store.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for RazerStore, aligning with global and regional business goals.
- Define and execute demand generation plans that drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across all store locations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with product launches, local events, and brand positioning.
- Retail & In-Store Marketing
- Oversee the execution of in-store creative campaigns and promotional activities.
- Partner with the digital D2C team to deliver a cohesive omni-channel customer journey.
- Plan and implement initiatives to attract target audiences and increase in-store footfall.
- Campaign Management & Analytics
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of promotional campaigns in sync with product launches and regional events.
- Analyze campaign performance, retail metrics, and customer behavior to inform future strategies.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign effectiveness and customer engagement across platforms.
- Customer & Community Engagement
- Manage and segment the customer database to enable personalized marketing and loyalty initiatives.
- Drive social content strategy for RazerStore, including the development of a dedicated social calendar with community input.
- Collaborate with global marketing, esports, and strategic partners to support retail and gaming events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and optimize campaign impact.
- Serve as the key liaison between retail operations, creative, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 6-10+ years of experience in retail marketing, program management, or community engagement, preferably within the gaming or tech industry.
- Proven ability to design and execute retail marketing campaigns that drive engagement, brand consistency, and community activation across global and regional markets.
- Strong understanding of gaming culture and trends, with a passion for connecting with and inspiring gaming and tech communities.
- Skilled in storytelling and concept development to bring retail moments to life.
- Experience with loyalty programs, promotions, and experiential marketing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to brief and align cross-functional teams.
- Organized, creative, and strategic; thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Willing to travel internationally to support regional teams and programs.
Salary Ranges (per Annum) $110,169.00 - $183,615.00
