The purpose of this role is to develop and execute marketing initiatives for Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts (IDFA), American Society of Health Informatics Managers (ASHIM), and Specialty Certified Medical Assistant (SCMA) (business units within Certitrek Group). This role is located near Research Triangle Park in Durham, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Managers are the Voice of the Customer, advocating a point of view that serves their needs and differentiates our offerings
- Understand quantify and segment the market opportunity based on patterns of unmet needs, understanding how we compare versus the competition
- Understand the B2C personas buyer journey, influencers (B2B)
- Articulate our brand promise and point-of-view, marrying the unmet needs of the target segment to help us differentiated our professional certification, and describe how certifications attribute to an individuals’ success. deliver desired outcomes.
- Source the prioritized stories and use cases and communicate them effectively to the business, identifying the best routes-to-market serve those needs.
- Message the value of offerings for customers & partners where ever they are on a journey.
- The market catalyst for a diamond team, providing guiding views on key problems, competitors, and differentiators grounded in data.
- Respected by cross-functional peers for their ability to find opportunities, distinctive competencies, and positioning.
- Compelling storytellers who bias analysts and customers towards offerings.
- The launch lynchpin that galvanizes internal support across all channels and drives demand to our doorstep.
- Active in client conversations whether at events or in the field and online
- The primary method of sales (85%+) is B2C driven by online through the execution of digital campaigns. The key is to drive demand generation and digital strategies as your primary go to market strategy.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience with Routes/ Go-to-market strategy, design, and planning
- 1+ years’ experience with Channel marketing program design and deployment
- 2+ years Marketing Management, B2C experience and some B2B Business Partner value proposition experience
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Content Development, or Partner Marketing
Bachelor's degree
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Self-starter, highly responsible, deadline-oriented, and independent
- Extraordinary written, verbal and listening skills - Must
- Proficient in Google applications
- Experience with campaign and marketing strategies, development and experience with the fundamentals of social media and digital marketing
Additional Information
- Familiarity and experience with the financial, legal or insurance industry
- Experience with the modern marketing stack from social to marketing automation
- Familiar with standing up or managing marketing to support a partner ecosystem sales enablement, and partner/ field readiness.
- Proven track record in marketing and understanding your audience
Can serve as a uniting force that creates alignment across disparate teams; skilled at conflict resolution and making sure all voices are heard.
- Strong collaborative skills - developing messaging and positioning and marketing assets that incorporates multiple points of view from different parts of the business but comes across in one coherent voice.
