About Us:
Dvida Med Spa is a premier medical spa dedicated to providing top-tier aesthetic treatments and wellness services. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Med Spa Director/Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Work on overall business growth initiatives to expand the spa’s reach and success
• Manage Dvida’s content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Engage with followers, post stories, and help grow reach and engagement
• Assist in creating and launching in-spa promotions
• Build local brand awareness by coordinating with local businesses and partnerships
• Support influencer/UGC collaborations to promote services and specials
• Help track leads and campaign results; contribute to marketing planning with Spa Manager

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook for business
• Ability to create engaging content (photo, video, Reels, Stories, captions)
• Experience with Canva or other design tools
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and brand consistency
• Comfortable planning promotions, local partnerships, and small events
• Previous spa, beauty, or wellness marketing experience is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools is a bonus
