Ardor Creatives is a bold, strategic marketing and social media agency passionate about amplifying beauty and wellness brands. Our clients rely on us for high-end social strategy, eye-catching content, and marketing that drives results. We're expanding our team and looking for someone organized, design-savvy, and excited to grow with a creative agency.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Support: Assist with scheduling posts, community management, and light account management across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Monthly Reporting: Compile and organize monthly analytics reports (via tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Later, Metricool, or others).
  • Graphic Design: Create social graphics, email marketing visuals, and branded templates (primarily in Canva; Photoshop or Illustrator is a bonus).
  • Administrative Support: Help maintain content calendars, track deadlines, assist with influencer/brand outreach lists.
  • Light Copywriting: Assist with writing captions, email subject lines, and basic marketing copy when needed.
  • Creative Brainstorming: Participate in creative sessions for new campaigns, trends, and content ideas.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1–2 years experience in social media, graphic design, or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable creating clean, brand-aligned designs in Canva (Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and general social media best practices.
  • Experience pulling basic social media performance metrics (we’ll train you if needed).
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a creative agency environment.
  • Located in South Florida is a plus, but open to strong remote candidates.

Compensation:

  • Hourly pay: $18–$25/hr (depending on experience)
  • Paid project bonuses for outstanding work
  • Opportunity for additional hours and promotions over time
