Social Media & Content Intern – Path to Full-Time (ReGlow)

Location: Hybrid (Preferred North NJ/Bergen County/NYC Area)
Commitment: 5–10 hours/week
Compensation: Internship (with potential for full-time hire after 3 months)

Internship Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Intern to join ReGlow’s marketing team.
This role is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in social media management, content creation, creator partnerships, and e-commerce operations — with a clear path to a full-time position for the right candidate.

You’ll work closely with leadership to help grow ReGlow’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Shopify, and play a key role in expanding our Creator Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a monthly social media content calendar (posts, reels, stories, videos).
• Create original content: product photography, short-form video, behind-the-scenes clips, lifestyle shots.
• Design graphics using tools like Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent platforms.
• Edit short videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Update and manage Shopify product pages (photos, descriptions, SEO basics).
• Own the Creator Collaboration Program:
• Research, reach out, and build relationships with micro and mid-tier influencers.
• Manage creator deliverables and posting schedules.
• Stay ahead of beauty and social media trends to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging.
• Support occasional on-site content shoots (local candidates preferred).
• Assist with reporting on key metrics: engagement, growth, and creator campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience using Photoshop, Canva, or similar design platforms.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Rush, InShot, etc.).
• Hands-on familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and creator/influencer collaborations.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
• Creative eye for design, photography, and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and manage timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness brands.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

• Shopify management experience (product uploads, simple edits).
• Photography skills (especially beauty/lifestyle content).
• Influencer marketing experience or platform management.
• Understanding of SEO basics for e-commerce and social media.
