About StageWonders

StageWonders is an artist representation brand under Miami’s entertainment startup, StageWood, that blends art and innovation with cutting-edge technology to create museum-quality replicas of original paintings. We collaborate closely with artists to preserve, promote, and expand the reach of their work, offering collectors and enthusiasts the chance to experience iconic and emerging art in an accessible way.

As a creative company at the intersection of fine art and digital innovation, we’re building our brand from the ground up—and that’s where you come in.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, self-driven Marketing Intern to help us establish a strong digital presence. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about storytelling, visual culture, and social media. You’ll work directly with the founder to introduce StageWonders to the world, spotlight our artists, and grow our audience through thoughtful strategy and content.

This is a paid, in-person internship at $15/hour for 20 hours per week. You will need to be onsite at our office to capture content on video and assist with real-time content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create compelling content—short-form videos, graphics, captions, stories—that reflects our brand and elevates the art
  • Plan and schedule posts using a content calendar
  • Assist with paid advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram ads and Google ads)
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media outreach emails, and pitches to art publications
  • Research influencers, galleries, collectors, and partnership opportunities
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics; suggest improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Enrolled or completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Film Production/Digital Media, or a related degree.
  • Experience: 0.5-2 years of personal and/or professional experience related to video/audio production and social media marketing.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Have a natural eye for visuals and love telling stories through digital media
  • Are familiar with Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and social trends (Bonus: Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)
  • Are excited about art, artists, and the creative process

What You’ll Gain

  • Real experience building a brand in the art and tech space
  • Portfolio-worthy work in content creation, campaign strategy, and PR
  • Mentorship and direct access to the founder and creative team
  • Flexible schedule and space to explore your ideas
  • The opportunity to grow with us—future freelance or paid roles are possible for the right fit

To Apply:
Please submit your resume along with a portfolio of your previous content work (links to Instagram Reels, TikToks, short videos, graphics, or websites are welcome). Portfolios can also be emailed to stephanie@stagewood.com.

Bonus if you can share any work related to talented artists or brand promotion!
