Position Overview:
We’re seeking a passionate, driven Marketing Manager to help us take PetsWorld to the next level. In this role, you will own the marketing strategy from ideation to execution — including brand development, digital advertising, email marketing, content strategy, social media management, and performance analysis.
You’ll work closely with a team of 7 talented individuals across marketing, design, operations, and creative, in a highly collaborative environment where ideas, feedback, and execution go hand-in-hand.
You'll play a key role in shaping how the world sees PetsWorld: not just as a product, but as a trusted partner for pet parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute PetsWorld’s brand strategy to increase brand recognition, loyalty, and perceived value.
- Manage digital marketing efforts (social media, paid ads, email, SEO) across DTC and retail channels.
- Work with external agencies, creators, and in-house team members on campaigns, content creation, and growth initiatives.
- Oversee content planning for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) with a focus on storytelling, community, and engagement.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social and paid search campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze performance data across channels and campaigns to inform marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Lead product launch marketing strategies, ensuring new products receive maximum exposure and sell-through.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, creative, and sales teams to align marketing with broader business goals.
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitive landscape shifts, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of marketing experience (preferably in DTC, pet, CPG, or lifestyle brands).
- Strong brand-building experience/knowledge — you understand what it takes to make a brand feel personal, memorable, and loved.
- Proficient in social media marketing, performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads), email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable reading reports and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
- Hands-on, proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- A love for pets is a big plus!

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
