GA Baseball/Softball Specifics & Conditioning is a leading one-on-one training facility specializing in Baseball and Softball skill development. We are passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential through personalized training and conditioning programs. We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Assistant to elevate our online presence and engage our community of athletes, parents, and fans.

Job Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Youtube. This includes videos, reels, photos, and posts.
• Social Media Management: Schedule, publish, and manage daily posts across all social media channels.
• Community Engagement: Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a strong online community.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Campaign Development: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote our training programs, clinics, camps, and Pro-Shop merchandise.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social media platforms.
• Collaborations: Partner with local influencers, athletes, and sports organizations to grow our reach and credibility.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media marketing (experience in sports-related businesses is a plus).
• Proficiency with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and basic photo/video editing software.
• Strong creative writing skills and an eye for design.
• Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for sports, particularly baseball and softball, is a plus.
