Compensation: $95,000 to $125,000 Variable/Performance-Based Pay Annually + Benefits

Our selection process incorporates comprehensive resume screening, shortlisting, conducting video-recorded interviews and providing client information, administering written assessments (if required by the client), arranging client interviews, and facilitating job offers and placements.

The Client

The client is a cutting-edge antioxidant-rich, multifunctional beverage brand developed by a team of scientists and researchers specializing in chronic disease prevention. They’re on a mission to transform health from the inside out with innovative products designed to empower wellness and longevity. As they prepare for launch, they’re building a team of passionate, driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

The Role

The Integrated Marketing Manager will work closely with the Head of Brand and Marketing to support the development and execution of brand and growth initiatives across channels. This position is a mid-level, hands-on role ideal for someone who is both a strategic thinker and a doer. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in the CPG space and deep curiosity for trends, social media, and emerging marketing tools. They are both creative and analytical, have graphic design skills, and are excited to join at an early stage and contribute to building a strong marketing foundation. This role is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a well-rounded marketing leader and play a meaningful part in shaping a brand from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the annual marketing and content calendar across channels: social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and email (educational content, seasonal promos, etc.).
  • Create, post, and manage content across social media platforms; engage with the community by responding to comments and fostering conversations.
  • Support management of Digital Marketing, Web, and PR agencies, including campaign planning, creative production, A/B testing, performance tracking, and campaign optimization.
  • Support the PR agency in affiliate marketing program management and assist with influencer partnerships.
  • Support brand partnerships and help coordinate brand events and activations.
  • Research and report on emerging industry trends, competitive activity, and new developments in marketing and AI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand messaging and positioning are consistent across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing for CPG brands.
  • Hands-on experience with organic social, affiliate marketing, and performance-driven ad campaigns.
  • Graphic design experience creating brand assets in Canva and/or Adobe.
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Shopify, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment, wearing multiple hats, and adapting to changes.
  • A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
