Position Overview:
We’re seeking a creative, camera-ready Social Media Influencer to create content that helps close new business leads. This is a 1099 commission-based role offering 3.3% recurring commission on any business you help close through your content.

You’ll be working hand-in-hand with our professional photographer to develop real, authentic content for potential clients. Your content will help showcase what 5 Loaves Marketing can deliver — turning warm leads into loyal customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Create short-form video content, photos, and social media posts for businesses we're targeting.
  • Work alongside our photographer/videographer to capture the best aspects of each business.
  • Highlight menu items, atmosphere, customer experience, and brand identity through your content.
  • Strategically post and engage on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Be the on-camera personality for content pieces when needed (comfortable talking to the camera is a plus!).
  • Help build trust with potential clients by authentically showcasing their business strengths.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable in front of the camera.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends and content strategies (especially for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook).
  • Strong storytelling skills — you know how to make a 30-second video mean something.
  • Team player who can collaborate with our photographer and marketing team.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on creating content that sells without feeling like a sales pitch.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant marketing, or brand influencing is a major plus.

Compensation:

  • 3.3% recurring commission on all closed business leads influenced by your content (paid monthly).
  • Commission continues for the lifetime of the client account, uncapped.
  • Flexible, remote work — most filming will happen on-location at businesses.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
