Reports to: Marketing Director / Spa Manager

Position Summary

We’re seeking an energetic and outgoing Sales & Marketing Intern/Representative to join our team and drive community engagement, client growth, and strategic partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to represent a high-end med spa and build relationships with both clients and local businesses to promote our exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Engagement

• Educate potential clients on services like:
• Laser Hair Removal
• PRP & Exosomes for Hair Loss
• Stem Cell Hair Restoration
• Wrinkle Reduction Treatments
• Custom & Medical Facials
• Acne & Acne Scar Treatments
• Weight Loss Programs
• CoolSculpting®
• Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into booked consultations
• Assist in upselling and cross-promoting treatments at the front desk when needed

Marketing & Outreach

• Develop and distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, digital content)
• Establish and maintain partnerships with:
• Hair Salons & Barber Shops
• Nail Salons
• Tanning Salons
• Gyms & Fitness Studios
• Spas & Wellness Centers
• Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, and more
• Organize in-person visits, presentations, or spa demos at partner locations
• Initiate local referral programs and exclusive offers with partners

Community Engagement

• Represent My Vitality Med Spa at community events, wellness expos, and pop-ups
• Assist in planning and executing in-house promotional events and open houses
• Support collaborations with local influencers and wellness ambassadors

Social Media & Digital Support

• Assist with capturing and creating engaging content (client testimonials, behind-the-scenes, before/after)
• Help manage and respond to online engagement (DMs, comments, reviews)
• Support email campaigns and follow-up communication with prospects

Administrative & Reporting

• Maintain CRM of leads, business partners, and outreach efforts
• Provide weekly updates on sales leads, outreach progress, and marketing initiatives
• Help coordinate print and digital marketing campaigns with the team

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and driven by goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for beauty, health, and wellness
• Comfortable with social media platforms and content creation
• Basic knowledge of sales or marketing concepts (school experience is okay!)
• Must have access to reliable transportation for local travel

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
