We’re seeking a Marketing Project Manager to ensure our ambitious strategies are executed smoothly, on time, and on brand. This role is all about organization, communication, and alignment—keeping our marketing machine running like clockwork. You’ll partner directly with the Chief Marketing & Experience Officer (CMXO) and serve as the critical link between internal team members and external agencies.

About the Role

You’ll be the hub for our marketing efforts, working with every member of the team to drive progress, ensure accountability, and keep initiatives on track. From coordinating deliverables to managing timelines, you’ll help bring clarity and momentum to every project.

Who You’ll Work With:

  • Director of Marketing – Help translate strategic goals into detailed project plans and ensure the team stays aligned with key priorities.
  • Graphic Designer – Coordinate creative needs across campaigns and make sure design assets are delivered on time.
  • Social Marketing Manager – Align on campaign timelines, approvals, and social content rollouts.
  • Marketing Data Analyst – Integrate performance insights into planning and optimize future campaigns based on data.
  • Copywriter & PR Specialist – Manage content deadlines for campaigns, press releases, and brand messaging.
  • Email Marketing Manager – Support email campaign scheduling, list management coordination, and deliverable tracking.
  • SEO Product Manager – Ensure SEO priorities, product launches, and content optimizations are integrated into broader marketing plans.
  • Community Marketing Manager (Hiring) – Help integrate local activations and influencer campaigns into the master calendar.
  • Paid Media Strategist (Hiring) – Align paid campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and track progress with agencies.

You’ll also ensure smooth communication between external agencies (paid media, PR, creative) and our internal team, acting as the bridge that keeps everything moving.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

  • Work directly with the CMXO and Director of Marketing to prioritize and manage key projects aligned with yearly goals.
  • Develop clear project plans, timelines, and milestones for each campaign or initiative.
  • Track progress, identify roadblocks, and proactively offer solutions to keep everything on schedule.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Serve as the central liaison connecting all members of the marketing team, ensuring timely updates and alignment.
  • Coordinate regular status updates, reporting, and follow-ups to ensure consistent communication.
  • Manage external agency deliverables and ensure they align with internal workflows.

Campaign Coordination

  • Oversee marketing calendars and ensure integration across social, email, SEO, paid media, and partnerships.
  • Support the TelyWell Rewards Program launch, product promotions, and event marketing.
  • Ensure assets (design, copy, data) are completed and approved on time.

Performance & Optimization

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Data Analyst and Paid Media Strategist to review campaign performance
  • Help gather and synthesize post-campaign insights to inform future planning.
  • Keep documentation organized and accessible for all stakeholders.

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years experience in project management, marketing operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with tools like Asana, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and email platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills—you’re the glue that keeps everyone in sync.
  • A proactive mindset, able to anticipate challenges and pivot as needed.
