Core responsibilities
- Be a pivotal part of the Global Insights (GI) Business Partnering Team that interfaces with entities across the LEGO Group. Concretely partner with a diverse range of stakeholders as the Business Partner for the Americas Market Group (AMS) and drive insights into decision making globally and regionally.
- Be part of designated decision-making groups within appropriate entities.
- Inspire and provoke decisions via objectivity and inquiry-based insights. Working with our business teams, help shape the current and future Go to Market strategy & planning by providing data-based analysis and insight narratives for key issues and future opportunities and challenges.
- Be anchored in key business issues and opportunities, connect dots across multiple data and insight sources to root cause analyses, and produce compelling business storylines that are embedded and actioned by the AMS Market Group, and Global decision-making, e.g. innovation and Go to Market processes.
- Set direction for the insights journey for key stakeholder groups across the AMS market group.
- Work seamlessly within Global Insights across the Business partnering team to ensure “end to end” value chain understanding and harmonization. Collaborate closely and frequently with Insights managers and Data platform owners.

Do you have what it takes?
- A long-standing history of expertise in consultancy, marketing and/or insights related functions with a track record of translating insights into brand and business results and understanding of market research.
- Excellent communicator and influencer, with experience in creating strategic impact via synthesized and holistic storytelling.
- Thrives on wanting to know why consumers and shoppers act and feel the way they do and has the demonstrated ability to turn these findings into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent collaborator with ability to work across functional areas and ideally experience working within an innovation pipeline and go-to-market including understanding vendor/retailer relationships and associated insights.
- Strong business acumen and aptitude as well as ability and passion to bridge this with insights consultancy.
- Big picture and critical thinker with courage to provoke constructively.

- This position will be based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA.

- The salary for this position has a range of $124,000 – 187,000 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The definitive compensation may vary in alignment with the selected candidate’s professional background, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
