Now, we’re launching a SaaS platform that delivers payments, CRM, growth tools, and AI-driven insights to help businesses scale, and we need you to turn that platform into revenue-generating offers and sales funnels that convert.
This is not just another product marketing role. It’s not just a digital ads role. It’s the intersection of offer design, funnel strategy, and digital marketing execution from packaging the product to building the funnel content to driving paid traffic that converts.
You'll work directly with the founders, crafting the story, designing the packages, building the campaigns, and making sure every lead has a clear, compelling path to becoming a customer.
What You’ll Do:
Offer Design & Product Marketing:
- Turn 200+ SaaS features into clear, irresistible offers tailored for small and mid-sized business owners.
- Build sales narratives, pricing strategies, and enablement tools for the sales team to close deals confidently.
- Own messaging, positioning, and segmentation. You will craft the story that connects with our audience.
- Coordinate product releases and lead internal/external communications.
Funnel Building & Digital Strategy:
- Design and optimize full-funnel strategies from awareness to conversion to upsells.
- Create high-impact video ads, landing pages, email sequences, and lead magnets that move prospects through the funnel.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)—scaling what works, scrapping what doesn’t.
- Relentlessly test, iterate, and optimize from copy to creatives to audiences to landing pages.
Analytics & Growth:
- Own performance data—know your numbers, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
- Identify new revenue opportunities (bundles, upsells, new segments) and develop business cases.
- Collaborate across sales, product, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and execution.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of product marketing and funnel strategy in SaaS especially CRMs, growth tools, fintech, or AI platforms.
- 3+ years running paid media (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) with proven ROI.
- Experience creating funnels that work. Ads, landing pages, lead magnets, email nurture sequences.
- Strong analytical mindset. You track performance and optimize based on data.
- A founder-level mentality. You treat the business like it’s yours, because ownership opportunities are on the table down the road with a proven track record of producing revenue.
- Experience with the existing marketing platforms such as Clickfunnels, GHL, Samcart, is important.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude. You don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Strong copywriting expertise that converts.
- You REALLY know how to leverage influencer marketing .
- You will be a one man/ woman show and know how to use Ai to your advantage but are confident in your own talent not to rely on it.

Pay: $142,901.00 - $160,185.00 per year
