Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our key marketing campaigns. This role will play a crucial part in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth through direct mail marketing, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns, and influencer marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for executing strategic campaigns with precision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Direct Mail Marketing Campaigns

  • Assist in the design, production, and timely distribution of direct mail assets including catalogs, postcards, and brochures.
  • Manage list segmentation, targeting, and scheduling to maximize campaign performance.
  • Track response rates, analyze ROI, and compile actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to enhance the effectiveness of the campaign tracking database.

2. Meta Ad Campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Support the execution and optimization of Meta ad campaigns focused on both prospecting and retargeting audiences.
  • Monitor key metrics including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates to assess performance.
  • Assist with developing engaging ad creatives, writing compelling ad copy, and refining audience targeting.
  • Deliver campaign reports with strategic recommendations based on data analysis.

3. Influencer Marketing Campaigns

  • Research and engage influencers that align with our brand's mission and target demographic.
  • Coordinate influencer deliverables, content approvals, timelines, and campaign goals.
  • Track influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards and messaging.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide improvement strategies.

4. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare regular performance reports across all campaign types (direct mail, Meta ads, influencer).
  • Extract and interpret key data to inform decision-making and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure analytics tracking is accurately implemented across all platforms for both new and existing campaigns.

5. Collaboration & Communication

  • Coordinate with internal teams including creative, product, and sales to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Manage communications with external partners such as print vendors and ad agencies.
  • Help streamline marketing operations through calendar management and workflow optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of marketing experience in direct mail, digital advertising, or influencer marketing.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and understanding of influencer campaign strategy.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving and results-driven thinking.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM/email platforms.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, CRO, and A/B testing principles.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for campaign ideation and copywriting support.
