We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media & Content Manager to lead and execute the digital presence for two of our women’s fashion brands: This role is integral to developing and maintaining both brands’ social strategies across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. You will also be responsible for managing paid ad campaigns
This position will work closely with the Creative Director and Brand Manager to align content and storytelling with broader business goals. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, confident on camera, and passionate about fashion, digital marketing, and social trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement brand-specific social media strategies to support engagement and growth
- Manage dual content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, e-commerce, and creative teams
Content Creation & Execution
- Produce, film, and edit compelling photo and video content for Reels, TikTok, Stories, and LinkedIn
- Represent the brand on camera in a polished and engaging way for tutorials, try-ons, and behind-the-scenes videos
- Curate and source visual assets and UGC to align with each brand’s voice and aesthetic
Scheduling & Publishing
- Own daily publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Tailor content per platform based on best practices and current trends
Paid Campaign Management
- Plan, create, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta (Instagram and Facebook), Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Analyze ad performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI
Engagement & Community Growth
- Monitor platform conversations and messages, respond to community inquiries, and drive follower engagement
- Lead engagement strategies to grow an authentic and active community
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance across all platforms using analytics tools
- Prepare monthly reports with insights, takeaways, and actionable recommendations
Qualifications:
- 2–6 years of social media or content management experience, ideally in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries
- Strong video creation and editing skills with experience in short-form storytelling
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera for brand-related content
- Proven experience managing paid social advertising (Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn)
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone across brands
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketing tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Later, Planoly
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage content across two distinct brand identities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment
Skills Required:
- Social media strategy development and execution

- Paid ad management and campaign optimization
- Platform expertise: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Familiarity with content and ad tools: Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Meta Business Suite, Pinterest Business
- Influencer and affiliate partnership management
- Analytics reporting and performance tracking
- Community engagement and growth strategies
- Strong understanding of brand consistency and visual identity
- Time management and project coordination across multiple calendars
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with creative teams
