Position Summary:
The Brand Marketing Manager plays a key role in executing the daily marketing initiatives for the New Orleans Saints. Reporting to the Vice President of Brand Strategy within the Marketing Department, this position is responsible for managing and implementing the team's marketing calendar while ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels. The Brand Marketing Manager will work collaboratively across departments to deliver a unified brand experience that authentically reflects the values and vision of the organization.
What you will be doing:
- Drive the annual marketing calendar and successfully manage the execution of tentpole marketing programs, including NFL league initiatives.
- Understand the team’s strategic and competitive position to help deliver products and experiences that are recognized as best in class.
- Work with Business Intelligence to analyze the efficiency of our marketing and ensure we’re delivering the right return on investment.
- Collaborate across a cross-functional team including Sales, Partnerships, Community, Production, and Communications to successfully test and deliver new solutions.
- Work closely with Partnerships to develop activations that are on-brand and aligned with our strategic priorities.
- Cultivate meaningful and effective influencer partnerships that deliver measurable results.
- Guide the work of in-house creative teams and external agencies or partners as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and positive relationship with all internal stakeholders.
- Own and responsibly allocate the brand’s marketing budget.
What you’ll bring:
- Four-year degree in marketing, business, communication or a related field.
- 5+ years of brand marketing or advertising experience.
- Ability to plan and execute marketing programs from concept to completion.
- Fluent in all media.
- Excellent project management skills and comfort with a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy fundamentals.
- Experience handling in-house creative studios and external agencies.
- Quick learner who is able pick up projects and run with them.
- Experience managing financial P&L.
