Job Summary: As RYSE’s Athlete/Affiliate Partnerships Manager, you will have the opportunity to support RYSE’s affiliate network by building and fortifying relationships with athletes, overseeing performance and compliance with partnership agreements, and coordinating activations of strategic athlete-brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate the influencer ecosystem within the health and wellness community.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard new affiliates, providing them with necessary support, resources, and company expectations on promoting products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to further develop and refine RYSE’s affiliate program and standard procedures
• Conduct initial calls with potential affiliates, influencers, or partners that align with the company’s brand, values, and target audience
• Foster strong, long-term relationships with affiliates to bolster mutual growth and collaboration with the brand
• Communicate regularly with affiliates to provide program and product updates, coordinate RYSE events, and media engagement
• Work with internal departments such as Finance to support the affiliate program (processing commissions, expenses, etc.)
• Stay informed of competitor activities, industry trends, and share recommendations with Leadership on emerging opportunities for athlete and affiliate partnerships

Education and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience managing influencer and affiliate relations, athlete management, preferably in the fitness industry
• Strong understanding of the sports nutrition and supplements space
• Proficiency with social media platforms and modern forums
• Experience using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Able to work at a desk/on a computer for up to 8 hours a day

• Previous project management experience executing large-scale brand events
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
