As Toastique’s Community and Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our brand’s connection to local communities, digital audiences, and influencers nationwide. Your mission is to amplify our brand presence by cultivating authentic partnerships, executing community-driven initiatives, and ensuring franchisees have the support they need to shine locally. The Community and Influencer Marketing Coordinator will help lead our influencer strategy, foster meaningful brand collaborations, and drive awareness and engagement through both online and offl**ine experiences. On the franchisee side, you’ll be a key source, helping owners elevate their local visibility through strategic partnerships, activations, and social media alignment.
Community and Influencer Marketing Coordinator will work at the Union Market Offi**ce (325 Morse St NE) 2-4 days a week once fully onboarded and dependent on event schedule.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute influencer strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion in all Toastique markets
Identify, vet, and onboard local micro and macro influencers in Toastique markets
Manage influencer relationships and campaigns from outreach to reporting
Engage with influencer and brand ambassador partners from Toastique’s corporate social media profiles
Collaborate with influencers to produce authentic, on-brand content
Track KPIs and optimize programs based on performance metrics
Use data to continually improve outreach strategies and campaign results
Lead the planning and promotion of in-store and local community events
Represent Toastique at community activations and pop-ups (in Toastique’s D.C. and Northern Virginia communities)
Assist in building Toastique’s brand ambassador program to engage loyal fans and drive grassroots awareness
Build and nurture relationships with local wellness communities, fitness studios, and lifestyle partners
Work closely with Toastique’s Digital Marketing Coordinator and Social Media Manager to amplify influencer and community content across platforms
Partner with store-level teams and franchisees to identify hyperlocal marketing opportunities
Contribute to monthly content planning with influencer and community highlights
Assist in developing plug-and-play local marketing influencer toolkits for franchisees (launch plans, community outreach templates, event guides)
Assist in coordinating influencer outreach for new store openings and collaborate on location-specific campaigns
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (primarily Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook), trends, and best practices.
Experience in planning and managing long-term social media and influencer campaign strategies
Ability to manage multiple projects and events across various markets simultaneously
Strong writing, editing, communications, and presentation skills
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas that differentiate our brand in a crowded digital landscape
Understanding of social media KPIs; assist with tracking and interpreting metrics to enhance user engagement and suggest content optimization
Familiar with social media management tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
Proficiency in basic photo and video editing using tools such as CapCut, TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms to support content creation and brand storytelling
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
