Summary of Position
We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive our brand’s digital presence and customer engagement. This role combines creative storytelling with strategic execution across social media, influencer partnerships, content creation, and packaging consistency. You’ll also lead event marketing strategies, ensuring seamless trade show execution and customer experience while supporting sales with impactful tools and tailored marketing campaigns. Essential Job Responsibilities
Brand & Digital Marketing
- Content Creation & Execution: Develop engaging content—imagery, copy, and video—to elevate brand storytelling and digital presence.
- Social Media & Digital Growth: Manage social media strategies, influencer collaborations, and digital campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Brand Consistency & Packaging: Collaborate with designers to ensure a seamless brand identity across packaging, marketing materials, and digital touchpoints.
- Performance & Data Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics, optimizing content and campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Digital Asset & SKU Management: Ensure product specs, digital assets, and marketing materials remain accurate across all platforms.
Event Marketing & Customer Experience
- Trade Show & Event Execution: Lead event marketing strategies, coordinating logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and on-site brand representation.
- Lead Generation & Impact Analysis: Capture and analyze event-driven sales leads, translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Customer Experience & Digital Accuracy: Maintain an up-to-date product locator and website content, ensuring accurate and seamless user experiences.
Sales Enablement & Strategic Collaboration
- Sales Support & Tools: Develop compelling presentations, sell sheets, and promotional assets to support sales initiatives.
- Custom Marketing Solutions: Partner with the sales team to create tailored marketing campaigns that drive retailer engagement and product sell-through.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Design and implement B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, leveraging data insights to refine strategies.
Visual Identity & Execution
- Brand Storytelling Through Visuals: Lead photo and video shoots to enhance brand identity and digital engagement.
- Sample Distribution Management: Oversee product sample fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Website & Digital Asset Updates: Maintain brand consistency across website updates, product locators, and digital assets.
Essential Skills & Expertise:
- Creative Vision & Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives that bring the brand to life.
- Digital Marketing Mastery: Strong knowledge of social media management, influencer marketing, and digital advertising strategies.
- Event Marketing & Execution: Experience planning and executing trade shows, customer activations, and community events.
- Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to track performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Project & Team Management: Strong organizational skills to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple deadlines.
- Sales Collaboration & Enablement: Experience in creating sales tools, supporting tailored customer requests, and driving impactful sales campaigns.
- Strategic Thinking & Adaptability: Ability to pivot and respond quickly to market trends, customer needs, and new opportunities.
Desired Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in food, CPG, retail, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
- Experience with social media management, digital marketing, content creation, and event coordination.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, and performance tracking tools.
- Experience with graphic design tools and digital asset management platforms is a plus.
We Offer
Target compensation estimates are provided in good faith at the time of job posting. Job offers may vary based on the candidate’s education, certifications, job-related knowledge, skill, experience, geographic location, shift, and internal equity. Clyde’s may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
Target base salary range: $85,000 to $105,000
Position is eligible for annual bonus
The target total compensation estimate includes an estimated annual bonus paid at target. Bonus payments are contingent on the Company achieving budgeted benchmarks and individual attainment of performance goals.
