Sr. Art Director
**Reports to: Sr Director of Ecommerce / Marketing
Direct Reports: Senior Creative Strategist and Senior Graphic Designer**

Status: Full-Time, Hybrid Role Overview
The Senior Art Director leads visual storytelling and creative execution across brand campaigns and channels. This role ensures alignment with marketing strategy, manages visual consistency, and partners cross-functionally to drive brand impact. It also plays a key role in supporting events, partnerships, and seasonal initiatives, while working closely with the Design Director to uphold and apply brand standards across all creative output.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of compelling visual concepts for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments
- Translate high-level creative direction into actionable briefs and executions
- Oversee the creative execution of digital assets across email, web, paid, and social
- Provide art direction for seasonal photoshoots and video content, ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate with the Senior Creative Strategist to ensure visuals support messaging strategy and campaign planning
- Work with the Design Director to implement and maintain visual standards across all platforms
- Partner with cross-functional teams (eComm, Paid, Retention, Influencer) to align creative with business objectives
- Support experiential and brand-building moments such as activations and partnerships
- Mentor and manage the creative team, ensuring clear direction and high-quality output
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in art direction or brand creative roles
- Background in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign work and visual leadership
- Experience directing photoshoots and video content
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and delegate effectively

- Marketing activations, partnerships, and experiential events elevate brand awareness and engagement
- Comprehensive marketing campaigns are fully developed and executed across all brand touchpoints
- Seasonal B2B, content production, and market research are fully integrated into creative execution
- Brand visual standards are upheld across all channels through close collaboration with the Design Director
