Project Manager

Soni is working with a client to hire a Project Coordinator / Manager, Social & Influencer for a fully remote contract role with potential to convert to full-time. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys bringing structure and organization to complex, creative campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Manage social and influencer projects from kickoff through delivery
• Organize incoming requests, timelines, and resources
• Build and maintain project plans, tracking tasks and deadlines
• Serve as the go-to for project status, updates, and communication
• Coordinate assets, feedback, and approvals across teams
• Monitor progress, flag risks, and keep deliverables on track

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of project coordination/management experience in a marketing or agency setting
• Strong understanding of social media and influencer workflows
• Advanced experience with Asana (required)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities

Compensation: $25- $28/Hour

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications .
