<Job Overview>
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing & Content Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our marketing efforts. This role blends social media management, content creation, and graphic design, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on creative work. You’ll play a key role in maintaining brand consistency, developing engaging content, and supporting marketing initiatives across digital and print platforms.
<Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Partnerships
- Create and manage a social media content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns
- Ensure social media content is consistent with broader marketing communications
- Develop engaging content, including short-form video (Reels, etc.) to strengthen brand identity
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and industry contacts
- Actively engage with followers, partners, and industry accounts
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and engagement across platforms
- Consistently publish content across all active social channels
- Stay current on social media trends and platform updates
Content Development
- Create customer success stories and case studies for sales and marketing use
- Develop video content for both training and promotional purposes
- Capture and edit product photography
- Develop recurring content series (e.g., “Behind the Scenes,” “Customer Spotlights”)
Literature & Marketing Materials
- Manage updates to the annual catalog, brochures, and other print collateral
- Design training documents and internal/external policy materials
- Develop and maintain presentations used for training and sales
Graphic Design
- Produce digital and print marketing materials
- Create custom product mockups (e.g., color variations) for customer requests
- Design and maintain product labels
- Support development of digital ad creatives for paid campaigns
- Design customer-facing print materials and displays as needed
- Maintain organized, up-to-date brand assets in shared drives and Adobe Libraries
Department & Asset Coordination
- Assist with daily tasks and coordination within the marketing department
- Maintain a structured, accessible library of marketing assets (photos, graphics, documents)
- Ensure consistency of assets across all platforms (Google Drive, shared drives, online libraries)
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or graphic design
- Basic photography skills using a DSLR or mirrorless camera; experience with product photography and coordinating photoshoots with people/models is a plus
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience managing social media platforms for a business or brand
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Pay: $20.00 - $29.62 per hour
